We’re delighted to launch our first bulletin. We will use this to give you a snapshot of what’s happening here at Optimise Solutions. Each month we will point you in direction of helpful resources, materials and insights that we feel will be beneficial to your organisation.

2022 was an exciting year for us all here at Optimise Solutions and we’re looking forward to what 2023 holds, for our employees and clients alike.

1. Looking for a more accurate, time efficient and improved visibility through your email marketing? Our email automation feature can do just that! Through our automation tool, we can trigger emails to customers to let them know the status of their order – and that’s just the beginning!

2. We wanted to highlight one of our underused features of our software – but one that proves to be really useful! Take advantage of our Order Review programme allowing you to quickly review orders in the system on one screen.

3.The Optimise team will continue to be available throughout the Christmas period, albeit a slight change to our business as usual approach. Our help desk is open over the Christmas period as follows:
